In other words, it has a limited lifespan, as opposed to lithium-ion rechargeable's, which don't.With general, moderate use the battery lasted me about just under 18 months.Progressively it lost it's ability to hold a charge, even after following therefresh guidelines closely.
if you're a professional or serious amateur (which you probably are if you're buying a D1) it would be more economical in the long-run, to go with a professional (external) power solution.Those can be found at any pro camera store, or online at places like Rob Galbraith's camera site, which you can find on any popular search engine like google.I think it's robgalbraith.com
The above mentioned site has a good review on external battery packs for professionals.
I'm disappointed with nikon's battery approach for their pro cameras, and can not help think that their solution could have been motivated by the fact that it helps their bottom line if everyone owning a nikon D1 made an annual payment of $100 bucks to nikon.that's basically what it comes down to, as these batteries only last about a year. So far i've only been able to find the original battery for sale from nikon.

I liked this panel because it was one of the smallest panels that I could find that still put out a lot of power. I have not had to worry about dead batteries since I had the kit installed on my travel trailer. The panel really does get power even in overcast days. This kit comes with a 25 amp charge controller so I can add more panels to the system down the road without changing the regulator, although I don't think I need to at this time. The display shows the voltage of the batteries and current that the panel is putting into my batteries. All in all the kit does what it claimed to do and I am very satisfied with the system.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this light around 6 months ago. I also purchased two 18650 rechargable 3.7 volt Li-ion protected batteries. I have only had to recharge the batteries once since the initial charge in this timeframe. I work nights as a police officer and use this light all of the time around half of an hour several days a week. I also own a Novatac 120T, Blackhawk Gladius and Surefire 6p as well as many other lights. This has been the most battery efficient tactical light I have ever owned, as all the others eat the CR 123 batteries like candy.

The beam is a combination of flood light and spot. It works excellent for searching having a combination of both beams. I highly recommend this light as it costs much less and outperforms any of my other lights. The light appears to be well made and feels very sturdy in your hand.

Crosman R71 airsoft gun Review

(More customer reviews)Let me 1st say that i am 11 and have been airsofting 4 about 2 years. I got this gun 4 my bday(9/3/2009) and havent seen any major problems. Ill start with the bad parts.:-( The scope isnt real, its to hold bbs. you cant take it off during a war because instead of a magazine to feed the bbs( which is the battery). the scope holds them. i would recomend a laser if you want perfict accuracy because the scope(bb feeder) blocks the sight.

Now the good things.:-) If you charge 4 about 1 hour, it gives u about 2 days of charge. accurate up 2 about 35 yards. shoots about 310 fps. shoots semi auto and full auto.

i would recomend this gun to any one who wants or needs a powerful accurate fast shooting gun.
