I know show me some footage you say! - You must check the site for some great videos people have made from just quick clips some with no editing at all to full on short movies. I recommend that because there is not enough room to describe how cool this wireless and very light camera is to use - but I'll try! I'm a customer not an employee... and "i am pc!"

Camera is so light and versatile I've used a basic piece of Velcro strapped to my cap visor during golf, stuck it to my bike frame, velcro'd to my motorcycle kickstand, strapped it to ski pole to check a wasp nest, and of course it serves great as a plain ol' helmet cam too.
Someone even stuck it to an RC Plane. Even on their dog for a dog cam view. yup! Set yourself free!! no wires means you will not have to worry about much except wiping out while catching your buddies on film.

With the flick of the glovable slider on/off switch and audible sounds and aiming lasers you are able to basically use it with your eyes closed or even place it where you can't see it during filming. Its got a supermic as well - it will pickup a pin dropping ;o) All which can be adjusted when you edit/censor your movies even add music.

The build quality is very durable and can take impact. Trust me ;o)and the adhesive with supplied mount is semi permanent you may have to use a crowbar to take it off but you do not have to worry even at well ~ unsafe speeds. Basically you can be creative on where you place this camera knowing it will film for over an hour+ of footage at a time. Battery life will last about 3gb or more of video on a good charge.

Package comes with microSD card but Sandisk premier 2gb card is best to use with this unit. This battery should be charged by separate charger which seems to super charge the battery, usb charge by a pc is not going to help you get out there filming quick enough. Specially, when you need 2 batteries for a full day of mtn.biking, or Snowboarding so you still have juice- after you warm up and stop wiping out. The packaged items that come with camera is a good starter kit with a mount, cam, sd card, battery - you have software(which VholdR updates with cool new features every so often) which assists you in producing your video to the VholdR.com site for sharing. Yes, they have a producer hub for you to share your videos.
Oh yah, the desktop software also supports_mac now. of course "I AM PC!"

My VholdR carry along always ready ALLDAY bag contains: 2 batteries and 3 2gb sd cards - since camera software does not yet support larger sd cards. Which really is not a problem because 2gb cards are cheap. Cabela's #2 scope cover for lens, extra stick on mount(never know where you might be)
Quality of video for this unit is not HD but captures quality STABLE videos when moving fast. At slow captures like walking or filming a party its just like any other camera. Some lighting issues may occur depending on where you are filming at high speed, i.e. Night time, shadow/bright light changes.
640x480 is still a fine size which uses less space on SDcard, it sure would be nice to be able to toggle resolution WHEN larger SDHC card support is there.

My VholdR has been thru rain, mud, dirt and has so far over 4months has been such an enjoyable experience i can easily recommend to others.
VholdR receives additional "way cool marks" for providing Desktop Software to help with managing movie uploads. Software updates and firmware updates prove they are not just a camera maker. Oh did i mention a cool site to share your movies for free?
Overall experience is that this is not just a camera - so two swollen thumbs and two purple toes up for this gem of a camera from me!
Ok enough typing... check for yourself get out there and shoot its almost snow season get your angles dialed. Where you been?

My only negatives are,
* 2gb max microsd support(not a big deal) after cutting up videos i find smaller clips are easier to manage anyways.
* When the battery dies if you are still in ON mode - your video is not closed so the last video clip could be corrupt. So I changed my habit until that is figured out.
* Making shorter clips is easier to manage I've found. Just accept turning it off then on about an hour into video or gauge your battery life like a gas tank. You can check how much battery and sd card is left by pressing the button btw.
* Lighting changes from super dark shadows transition to super bright sections of trail may take a short while for focus depending on where camera is mounted. Not many cameras can handle this anyways.

These are minor negatives but prevent a 5 from me.
Still a super camera for a such a light wireless and reasonably priced for good action video camera that i won't mind thrashing a bit filming in the elements. This is a rugged camera which you can capture action in ways you may not with your bulky thousand dollar HD camera. Like strapping it to your snowboard or your motorcycle kickstand, or how about your mountain bike pedal? Escape from the paradigm of the helmet cam.

Fenix TK11 Q5 LED Flashlight Black Aluminum Body Review

(More customer reviews)My short answer is if you don't have a need to use the 18650 battery, then get the TK10.

I just bought three Fenix flashlights, including a TK11, and it is the one I regret.It was meant to replace my 1998 Surefire 6P with Cree drop-in.I narrowed my choices down to the TK10 and TK11 and so I asked someone "which I should get between the two."He suggested I get the TK11 since it could take the 18650 battery.Okay, so that's what I did.

When I got it in my hands and had some time to play with it, I realized all the things I didn't like about it, the TK10 didn't have.First off, I don't really care for the ring used for the cigar hold and it catches on things, although I am getting used to it.I know it just comes off, but unlike the TK10, there is no replacement band to prevent damage to the treads or getting crud on the O-ring.Perhaps not a big deal, but I intend to use it in the field alot and it is subject to drops in the wilderness.

Next, I think I am disappointed in the beam artifacts.I am not such a picky dude, but it does not seem as nice as my Cree drop-in for the 6p.Okay, again not a big deal.The TK10 is said to have a different reflector which has a nicer beam.I'll have to perhaps just let that one go.

Then, there is the cooling fins.Like the ring, they catch on stuff like the case and I bet if I drop it in the mud, it's gonna be hard to clean, most irritating.And they look ugly to me.The TK10 does not have them.

I did not think getting a supply of 18650 batteries would be so difficult here since several of my co-workers have them, but when I try, it's really a pain in the butt.As it turns out, [...], which I don't plan to do, so the 18650 feature is not so beneficial to me.

Oh, and at the time I bought the TK11, the TK10 was nine dollars less.

Overall, the TK11 is a solid and good flashlight, I just wish I had bought the TK10 instead.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this light around 6 months ago. I also purchased two 18650 rechargable 3.7 volt Li-ion protected batteries. I have only had to recharge the batteries once since the initial charge in this timeframe. I work nights as a police officer and use this light all of the time around half of an hour several days a week. I also own a Novatac 120T, Blackhawk Gladius and Surefire 6p as well as many other lights. This has been the most battery efficient tactical light I have ever owned, as all the others eat the CR 123 batteries like candy.

The beam is a combination of flood light and spot. It works excellent for searching having a combination of both beams. I highly recommend this light as it costs much less and outperforms any of my other lights. The light appears to be well made and feels very sturdy in your hand.

(More customer reviews)For the size, this thing is super bright, as good or better than a double D type light.I've had mine for over 2 years now, constant daily use, and haven't had to swap the bulb or battery.If you leave it on, it will get super hot.I've heard it will blow the bulb if you drop it hot.You can put it on the charger and leave it there, it won't overcharge.On a full charge, it will last all day, but starts to go dim towards the end.I wish it had something to keep it from rolling when you lay it on a flat surface.I noticed the newer led model is made with a deal to keep it from rolling.

UPDATE:I did finally have a couple problems with it.I dropped it and it stopped working.Opened it up, wonderful, it had a spare bulb in the tail cap.Simple swap, working again.Then the twist switch stopped working while the push was still working.Opened it up, slid the battery out, found the spring that pushes against the battery had caused a little dark dent on the battery contact area.Cleaned it up, reassembled, back in business.

Now, I believe from dropping it, the twist switch stopped working.The dents on the battery contacts are now deeper and no longer want to hit the contacts good.It looks like I'll have to replace the battery to get it to start working properly.

Then occasionally, it doesn't want to contact properly with the charger.Clean the contacts on the light and charger, snap in, and it works most of the time, but occasionally, I have to twist the switch to get it to start charging.Make sure it's turned off before you walk away.I also noticed it doesn't like being in direct sunlight on a hot day on the charger.

(More customer reviews)The Stinger is a great rechargeable light. It's small yet provides a bright amount of light for about an hour. With the adjustable lens, you can choose a floodlight or spotlight.
The Stinger comes with two charging cradles and an AC cord and DC cord so you can have one in your car and one at home. Therefore you can always have your Stinger charging to be used whenever you need it. The extra bulb in the tailcap is also nice.
+'s: small, bright, fits easy in your hands, adjustable beam, 1 hour run time, you can charge the battery without taking it out of the flashlight, charging cradles allow you to place the flashlight from the top or "snapped" in from the front.
-'s: long charge time unless you buy the "fast" charger.
If you need to constantly use a flashlight that is small but powerful (security guard, handyman, plumber), the Stinger will not disappoint you. The rechargeable battery will save you money in the long run.
Although expensive, it is good quality and I would buy this flashlight again. For a brighter light, check out the Stinger HP which is rated almost 3 times as bright.
