(More customer reviews)Product broke during utterly normal use - it just shut down and stopped working on a flat, dry sidewalk three weeks into ownership.Emails and phone calls to the company to set up warranty service have gone unanswered.No phone listed on their website; found their number through some legwork, but only a machine answers, never a real person.For all I know this company doesn't even exist.BEWARE.Roth Motors or whatever should be avoided...don't make the same mistake I did.Inexcusable.Zero stars.
