(More customer reviews)I have been testing battery chargers and batteries for charging efficiency as a byproduct of marine wind turbine testing I am doing.Of the 5 different chargers I tested, this was by far the most efficient.

It is also very powerful; for just a little more than a standard 15 amp charger, you get 40 amps.The 3 stage charging program significantly speeds charging of large capacity batteries.

I bought 1, used it for several months, and was so impressed, I bought a 2nd one to boost the charging capacity of a very large batter bank.

It is ideal for use as a charger for boat battery banks, either cruising sailboat or for bass boat type trolling motor battery banks.

(More customer reviews)This is easily one of the best battery chargers around for consumer trucks and autos.It automatically checks the condition and type of battery and adjusts the charging cycle accordingly.These are very well made; a quality case and good clamps and cables.They LED displays are eimple to interpret (just read the instructions!).It's also gret thtat it can charge such a range of battery types from Gel Cells to standard Lead Acid.Considering it's power the case is not very large and you can easily store this in a closet or average shop shelf.
