Its idiot lights indicate it thinks it's "not properly connected" no matter what it's properly connected to. To add insult to injury, the manufacturer wants another $16 to fix it under warranty, plus what I would have to pay to ship it to them... Forget this item, Battery Tender International is not a durable product.
